These sessions are geared toward specific issues such as grief, trauma, and life purpose, as well as other personal growth and change requests. This regression-type therapy may include exploration of past, present, future, and parallel times and spaces within your energy field, allowing access to information that supports growth, healing, and understanding — or simply for curiosity and exploration.

$175 each additional 1.5-hour session
Transformational Hypnotherapy
Whether you are in the midst of a major life transformation, seeking meaningful change, or struggling with lingering trauma, unwanted behavior patterns, habits, and/or addiction issues, these sessions are designed to support you. Three to five sessions are recommended to help create and sustain the change you desire. This approach is gentle, supportive, and effective — allowing your subconscious mind to do the work for you. Uncovering the root cause- so real healing can begin.

Hypnosis and regression work may not be suitable for everyone. Clients with diagnoses including schizophrenia, chronic depression, bipolar disorder, heart disease, or epilepsy are required to provide written clearance or a release form from a licensed medical doctor prior to participating in any sessions. This requirement is strictly observed to ensure client safety and responsible practice.
